Cendor Alpha 36" conductor and casing-hanger leak

Problem & challenge
Gas seepage was observed at two conductors at the gap between the landing support ring and base plate above the 36-inch conductor, with suspected downhole channelling through casing-hanger seals.
Objective
- Establish leak presence, path and severity at casing-hanger seal ports.
- Eliminate visible gas seepage at the conductor section gap.
Solution
Diagnostics across casing-hanger seal ports, then a combined PAS and TAS treatment. Hyperwrap was introduced to secure the gap as a secondary barrier.
Result
All leaking casing-hanger seal ports were rectified. No further gas was observed at the section gap during soapy testing. The case is documented in SPE-202404-MS.
